Shipping Locations & Method

Shipping Destinations:
We currently ship to the following countries:
Albania, Australia, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, China, Croatia, Cyprus, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, India, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Montenegro, Norway, Oman, Portugal, Qatar, Romania, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Serbia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Africa, Switzerland, Taiwan, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, Vatican.

Temporary Suspension – United States:
Due to current U.S. customs regulations and airline restrictions, shipments from Senegal to the United States are temporarily suspended. We will resume shipping to the U.S. as soon as routes reopen. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Other Countries:
If your country is not listed, please contact us to see if we can ship to your location.

Shipping Method:
All orders are shipped from Senegal via our national postal service. This service is based on weight, not volume, which allows us to offer affordable rates for international parcels.
Packages transit through a European hub, determined by ongoing flight agreements between Senegal Post and European air carriers. These hubs may vary and are not controlled by us.
Delays at these transit points can happen and are beyond our responsibility. Thank you for your understanding.


Processing Time & Cancellations

Processing Time:
3–14 business days. This may vary slightly depending on local holidays or demand.

Cancellations:
You may cancel your order within 2 days of payment and receive a full refund.
After this period, cancellations are not accepted. This is because production begins shortly after ordering, and each item is handmade. In case of late cancellation, we retain 30% of the total amount to cover labor and materials already committed.


Return & Exchange Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges.
Most of our products are lightweight but voluminous, such as baskets and furniture. Return shipping from overseas can exceed $400 USD per item, making returns unsustainable for our small business.

Please read all product descriptions carefully and feel free to contact us with any questions before purchasing.


Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or has a production fault, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery, with clear photos showing the issue.
If the problem is confirmed, we will remake or replace the item and cover return shipping if required.

Please note:
We take a photo of every shipment before it leaves our local post office. If the damage appears to have occurred during transit, the responsibility lies with the Universal Postal Union and your national postal service. In such cases, please file a damage claim directly with your local post office, as they will handle compensation for shipping-related incidents.


Tracking, Customs & Import Fees

Tracking:
A tracking number will be sent to you once your item is shipped. Please monitor the delivery status and ensure someone is available to receive the package. If the parcel is returned due to failure to claim, reshipping costs will be the buyer's responsibility.

Customs Duties, VAT & Import Taxes:
Buyers are responsible for all import-related taxes, duties, or fees charged by their country. Customs clearance may take 1–8 weeks, depending on local authorities. These costs and timelines are not controlled by us and are not refundable.
